Eugene serves as the Pastor of Central Baptist Church. A native of El Segundo, California, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theological Studies from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, his Master of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and his Doctor of Ministry from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University. 
Eugene brings more than twenty years of pastoral ministry experience, having previously served as Senior Pastor of Calvary Community Church in Longview, Washington; Park Hill Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri; and First Baptist Church of Granada Hills in Los Angeles, California. He also served as Youth and English Pastor at Korean First Baptist Church in San Francisco. 
Eugene and his wife, Gianne, have been married since 2003 and have three daughters, Charlotte, Penny, and Eve.

Jace and his wife Missy are the parents of three boys, AJ, Asa, and Paul David. He has served as the Executive Pastor of Central Baptist Church since January of 2025. Jace earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arkansas State University in Speech Communication, the Master of Divinity degree from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Doctorate of Ministry with a specialization in Discipleship from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Previously he has served on staff at Highland Drive Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Kasey has served as the Minister of Music and Worship for Central Baptist Church since November of 2018. He has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music – Percussion from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Kasey has served at multiple churches in Arkansas including Immanuel Baptist Church of Little Rock as Associate Worship Pastor. He also leads The Kasey Earl Band, performing at many different events across the state. Kasey and his wife, Amanda, have one daughter, Emmy Lou. 

Randal has served as the Minister to Students at Central Baptist Church since February 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Ouachita Baptist University, a Master of Arts in Sports Chaplaincy from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University’s John W. Rawlings School of Divinity with a cognate in Next Generation Ministry. Prior to serving at Central Baptist Church, Randal served in student ministry at several churches throughout Arkansas, including Village Creek Baptist Church, formerly the Newport Campus of Central Baptist Church Jonesboro, and Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Batesville. Randal and his wife, Lauren, have two sons, Kaleb and Kooper Jack.

Brook has served as the Director of Children’s Ministry since July 2025.  She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and brings over a decade of experience in education, holding a teaching license and having taught for 11 years before stepping in to the ministry. She is passionate about helping children grow in their Faith through engaging Bible teaching, meaningful relationships, and fun, Christ-centered experiences. Brook and her husband Zach have four children, Beckett, Bear, Brynn and Bowen.

Drew has served in the student ministry since June 2022. He has a passion for teaching, leading and discipling students and leads the Middle School Ministry of Central. He and his wife Katie have been married since 2020.
