First impressions matter.
Central’s First Impressions Team is comprised of our Greeters, Ushers, and Safety & Security Team. The goal is to proactively engage each guest, respond to questions, offer a friendly smile, and contribute to a positive and safe worship experience for every person that comes to Central.
We want to staff one to two Greeters at each of our main entrances, three to five Ushers in the sanctuary at 10:30, and four to five guys on our Safety & Security Team for each service.
