A church which is an authentic family around the gospel is a church that is empowered by the Holy Spirit to bring glory and honor to God. 

Everything we do or say should be viewed as an act of worship.  Worship is not something that happens only on Sunday morning; worship is a lifestyle!

That being said, the Bible encourages regular corporate worship to praise and glorify God, but corporate worship encourages us, builds us up, and motivates us in our Christian living.  When God is glorified we all benefit because one cannot be in the presence of God and leave unchanged or unchallenged!

Some of the ministries that help make our worship services possible are:

•  Music Ministry

We have an exciting ministry that leads in weekly worship and praise services. Our music ministry provides many unique opportunities for your entire family!  

If you have a passion for worship and a desire to praise the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, then Central's Celebration Choir is the place for you!

As a member of Central Baptist Church, you have the opportunity to participate in one of the most dynamic ministries of the church. We are constantly seeking individuals who can join along side us each week as we seek to lead God's people in biblical worship.

This choir is for adults who want to lead in praise and worship each Sunday morning. It's easy to join-there are no tryouts or auditions. If you have a desire to sing or play an instrument for the Lord and glorify Him through music, we encourage you to visit rehearsal any Wednesday at 6:00p.m.  in the Worship Choir.  Childcare is provided.

 Our Music Ministry also includes our children and students with their own music programs.  They rehearse on Sundays evenings and perform periodically in the worship services.

• Prayer Ministry

Every Sunday morning at 8:00am our men are invited to gather in the conference room to pray for our worship and day of ministry.
